This bronze key is a reproduction of an archaeological find from Sweden.

This necklace divider, reproduction of a baltic archaeological find in its original dimensions, was used either to hang necklaces and chains between the twin brooches on a feminine costume, or to hold personal accessories sur as keys or hygiene sets. The original was made in bronze.

This item, like many similar others, prove wrong the tenacious and false prejudice that wants to make the viking a rough and dirty barbarian. It is indeed an earspoon, combining usefulness and beauty, and the original was found in tomb 507 in Birka, Sweden, and dated Xth century.
The original was made in silver.

This miniature comb is a replica of a piece found in Eskelhem, Gotland, Sweden. The original was made in bronze. The exact use of these small combs is still debated, whether it was a personal grooming tool (beard or hair), a weaving accessory or a purely decorative or symbolic object.
